Return/Refund policy

Custom Orders No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be issued for customized orders where the original design has been altered based on the customer's request or preference.

Exchanges Exchanges are only permitted within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• The item is made on measurements different from those mentioned in the order notes before checkout
• It is in unused condition without any proof of damage
