How long will it take to receive my order?
Inside Pakistan: 4 days minimum.
International:
2–3 weeks. Delays may occur during Ramadan, Eid, or public holidays.
Can I get a refund on a custom order?
No.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the design has been
altered per your request.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes,
within 7 days of purchase — only if the item was made on incorrect measurements
and is unused and undamaged.
What if there's a workmanship flaw?
Contact us with proof.
Pakistan customers ship the item back for assessment.
International customers send photos/video to our team and we'll resolve it
mutually.
Are you responsible for damage during shipping?
Once an order leaves our boutique, we are not liable for transit or post-delivery
damage.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, delivery
timelines are 4 days locally and 2–3 weeks internationally. Contact us on
